New insulation in an attic that rodents can still reach is wasted money. So we clean, seal and confirm the attic is secure before a single bag goes up.

Clean out
Old insulation, droppings and nests come out with a large industrial vacuum, straight to bags outside.

Sanitize
We sanitize the bare attic to deal with odor, urine and bacteria.

Air seal & ventilate
We seal gaps between the house and attic and add solar attic fans where the attic runs hot.

Rodent-proof
Active rodents? We seal the attic and crawlspace so they can't come and go, and any still inside are trapped.

Monitor
Cameras on the runways and follow-up visits until the attic stays clear, typically 12–15 days.

Insulate
Only then does fresh insulation go in, to your target R-value.
Exclusion warranty. If rodents get back in through an area we sealed, we come back and fix it.

Up to $3.00
per sq ft of attic insulation
For homes with a gas furnace in eligible Palisades, Eaton and Sunset fire zip codes, including Brentwood, Bel Air, Westwood, north Santa Monica, Malibu, Pasadena and Altadena. Walls up to $1.65/sq ft.
LADWP · City of Los Angeles homes
50¢ + 25¢
per sq ft, plus a bonus while it lasts
For batt insulation above R-19 in homes with air conditioning. We pull the permit and file the rebate for you.

Some areas have no insulation rebate this year. We'll tell you straight, and the comfort and energy savings still pay back.
SoCalGas wildfire rebates must be installed and filed by Dec 31, 2026, while funds last. Rebates can't be combined on the same attic. The federal 25C insulation tax credit ended Dec 31, 2025.
