Most Westside homes get gas from SoCalGas and electricity from LADWP (City of LA) or Edison (Santa Monica, Culver City, Beverly Hills, Malibu).
2026 programs
Programs change often. These are the rates in effect for 2026. One rebate per attic: we file whichever pays more.

The federal 25C energy-efficiency tax credit for insulation ended Dec 31, 2025 and doesn't apply to 2026 installs. Rebate amounts are set by each utility, can change or run out without notice, and can't exceed what you paid. SoCalGas wildfire rebate applicants self-certify that they were impacted by the 2025 fires.

Check your bills. Gas on the Westside is SoCalGas. Electricity is LADWP inside the City of Los Angeles (Brentwood, Palisades, Westwood, Venice, Mar Vista) and Southern California Edison in Santa Monica, Culver City, Beverly Hills and Malibu. We confirm this at the inspection.
Not always. In wildfire-area zip codes with a gas furnace, the SoCalGas rebate can cover most of the cost of a typical attic job. Elsewhere it covers part of it. We show you the exact math in writing before you commit.
Not on the same attic. Each program bars stacking with another utility rebate for the same insulation. We file whichever one pays you more.
Just sign the application and send us a photo of your gas or electric bill. We handle the photos, invoice, spec sheets and submission.
SoCalGas typically pays 6–8 weeks after a complete application, as a prepaid card. LADWP takes longer because it needs a finaled permit first. We follow up until it's paid.
No. The federal 25C credit for insulation ended Dec 31, 2025. Utility rebates are what's left for 2026.
