Proof, not promises
We don't insulate until the cameras say they're gone.
Most rodent jobs end when the crew leaves. Ours ends when the attic has stayed clear. After every entry point is sealed, we watch the runways we found and check for fresh activity on follow-up visits. You see what we see.
No-glow cameras on the runways we find. Rodents don't see them; we do.
Typical monitoring after sealing, until there's no sign of activity
Cleanup, exclusion, monitoring and insulation. No handoffs
How the Attic Reset works
Seven steps.
No shortcuts.
Same order on every attic, photographed for you and for any insurance claim.
Day 1
Inspect and photograph
We walk the attic, crawlspace and roofline and photograph droppings, nests, damaged insulation and every gap rodents use. You see the photos before we recommend anything.
Day 1
Clean out
Old, contaminated insulation, droppings and nests come out with an industrial vacuum. The hose runs from the attic straight to bags outside, so the mess never comes through your house.
Day 1
Sanitize
The bare attic is sanitized and deodorized to deal with the urine, odor and bacteria rodents leave behind.
Day 1–2
Seal every way in
Vents, gaps, roof and pipe penetrations are closed off in the attic and crawlspace, and top plates, wiring holes and can lights are air sealed. Any rodents still inside are trapped.
Day 2 to 15
Monitor until it's clear
Cameras go on the runways, and we come back to check for fresh activity. If anything shows up, we find how it got in and close it.
We only move on once the attic stays clear. That typically takes 12–15 days.
Once clear
Insulate
New fiberglass, cellulose or Havelock wool to R-30 or R-38, Title 24 compliant, with depth markers. If you qualify for a rebate, we handle the paperwork.
Where the attic runs hot
Ventilate
A solar attic fan pulls heat out of the attic at no running cost.
Exclusion warranty. If rodents get back in through an area we sealed, we come back and fix it.
Signs you have rodents in the attic
What homeowners notice first.
Scratching at night
Roof rats are most active after dark. Noise in the ceiling between dusk and dawn is usually the first sign.
Droppings and smell
Droppings along beams or in storage, and a stale, musky odor that gets worse on hot days.
Flattened insulation
Tunnels, trails and matted patches in the insulation, often near the attic edges and around pipes.
Why one crew matters
When a pest company traps, a cleanup company vacuums and an insulation company blows in, nobody owns the result. If a gap gets missed, the new insulation is ruined and everyone points at someone else. With the Attic Reset, it's all ours, so it's ours to get right.
