Koala and their whole team were so awesome! From Renzo, the owner of this franchise coming out himself to do the estimate, Rafael running point, to the crew that came to do the job, everyone was super professional, personable, and got the job done quickly and at a great price (came in well below other bids). I had an attic restoration done because the insulation was old, compacted, and rat feces infested. The team was there right on time, bright and early. My attic is microscopic with the ridge beam only a couple feet up from the access point. The team was able to squeeze in there, vacuum up all the old insulation, rat feces, traps with old mummified rats in them, sanitize everything, and blow in new insulation all within 3.5 hours and didn't have to cut any drywall. They showed before, progress, and completed pictures. Don't hesitate to get your attic restored by Koala!

GREAT COMPANY!! My job completion date moved up and I forgot to schedule insulation. I called Koala yesterday, a Friday afternoon. They had guys on my job at 8:00 this morning, Saturday, and they were done by 10:30. Very good clean work. They cleaned up after themselves and were very personable. And to price was excellent.
