The order that makes it pay
- Design: your energy consultant writes the higher R-values into the Title 24 report (CF-1R). We help pick insulation that hits them at the best cost.
- Apply: the application goes to SoCalGas before construction starts. SoCalGas holds the funds for up to 36 months.
- Build: after rough-in inspections, we install exactly what's on the report: spray foam, mineral wool, batts or blown-in.
- Verify and collect: insulation inspection and HERS verification where required, then the incentive is paid.
