What our neighbors say.

★★★★★

Koala and their whole team were so awesome! From Renzo, the owner of this franchise coming out himself to do the estimate, Rafael running point, to the crew that came to do the job, everyone was super professional, personable, and got the job done quickly and at a great price (came in well below other bids). I had an attic restoration done because the insulation was old, compacted, and rat feces infested. The team was there right on time, bright and early. My attic is microscopic with the ridge beam only a couple feet up from the access point. The team was able to squeeze in there, vacuum up all the old insulation, rat feces, traps with old mummified rats in them, sanitize everything, and blow in new insulation all within 3.5 hours and didn't have to cut any drywall. They showed before, progress, and completed pictures. Don't hesitate to get your attic restored by Koala!

★★★★★

Govanny is the BEST!!! He and his team at Koala went way above and beyond. Our attic was in really bad shape and Gio and the crew did an amazing job removing all the junk, cleaning up and installing new insulation. He even helped out installing new air ducts and sealing up all holes to protect against rodents and SO MUCH MORE. Koala prices were great and super reasonable, the team was professional and courteous, the work was amazing and fast and I just can’t say enough good things about these guys. If you do t hire these them, you’re an idiot. Thank you!!!!

★★★★★

Contracted with Koala Insulation, principle - Renzo, and GM Raffael, for removal of old existing insulation, thorough cleaning, work scope completed in entire roof attic space, followed by installation of new blown in. The Koala team worked well coordinating scheduling with ducting A/C works and other attic works by other trade contractors. Koala provides very clean operations, and self contained power equipment. As the property owner I am extremely happy with result and do strongly recommend Koala Insulation Service. At the end of the day the price is professional backed by knowledge and experience, and is reasonable.

★★★★★

Had a great experience with Renzo and his team, they came out to my house and drilled holes to insulate wall, as I was having stucco redone I asked them to do holes in the outside and everything turned out very well. Noticed the difference right away, my house actually maintains temperature very well, very happy with the results and price was very competitive.

★★★★★

Koala Insulation is a great resource. They responded immediately to my request to give us a second opinion on home insulation work done recently by a different company. They were prompt, courteous, respectful of their competition’s work, but gave very helpful, specific advice on where we could improve. Thanks to Rafael, manager and his operations manager, Dovanny Chavez. We recommend them strongly and will call them first, next time.

★★★★★

I called several insulation companies before learning about Koala and there is no comparison. Koala called me back within an hour of being contacted, made and kept a free estimate appointment in a short amount of time. Their technician was prompt, polite, the quote was emailed within 24 hours and the service was completed within the promised time. They took precautions to leave the residence as clean as they found it and were very considerate.

★★★★★

We recently had a vapor barrier installed and insulation work done at our home and had an excellent experience from start to finish. Rafael in the office was incredibly friendly, responsive, and kept us informed throughout the process. Govanny and Michael were outstanding—professional, courteous, and willing to take extra time to explain everything they were doing. They were also extremely careful to protect our property, taking the time to thoroughly cover work areas and landscaping before getting started and cleaning up when finished. The entire team was prompt, communicative, and clearly took pride in their work. To top it all off, the owner personally called afterward to thank us for our business and make sure everything had gone smoothly. What stood out most was how genuine and honest everyone was. It's hard to find contractors these days who are not only skilled and professional, but who also make you feel like they're truly looking out for your best interests and go above and beyond. From the first phone call to the final follow-up, the customer service and workmanship was exceptional. We highly recommend them and would gladly use them again.

★★★★★

Perfect experience overall for a vapor barrier installation. I called Koala, and Renzo came the next day for a free estimate, which was the lowest compared to three other contractors. Govanny and his team were also great – on time, communicative, took photos after the project was complete, and patient with answering final questions. I would definitely go back to Koala for any future insulation needs!

★★★★★

I had a wonderful experience with Koala. Giovanni was so courteous and straightforward and a true pleasure to work with. After I called they came that day to inspect my attic and I got a very reasonable quote within that day and they were able to do the installation the next day (though I had to schedule for the next week). I did get another quote and Koala had a better price and included an attic fan when the other company didn't. The work they did, attic insulation installation and installation of a solar attic fan, was excellent and my home is so much more comfortable. I'm kicking myself for not calling months ago! I highly recommend Koala!

★★★★★

After a whole lot of challenges in every other regard related to remediation after the Eaton fire, Koala Insulation was the bright spot in all this mess! We decided to pay out of pocket to replace insulation after our insurance refused to pay for it. Renzo was so attentive and helpful getting things scheduled quickly. Giovani and David (and one other kind worker) came to do the job. They were clearly pros and so interested in doing things correctly and thoroughly. They took pictures of "before" for us to use to show our insurance that they were silly to say that attic insulation can just be cleaned:). Excellent job! Highly recommend!

★★★★★

Renzo and his team came quickly after the Altadena fire and replaced all of our insulation. He consulted me on our options and we decided which approach was best for us. It was fast, done well, reasonably priced (aka insurance paid), and everything was clean and back to normal in the rest of the house after they wrapped. Highly recommend, would use again.

★★★★★

I was looking for an alternative to toxic chemical foams or fiberglass insulation. I was so grateful to find wool and even more grateful to find this great company. They were very thorough and transparent, and have done a very, very good job very clean very tidy and so many extra things like changing grills and sealing up any space both underneath or above the house that anything could enter through. I also had a solar attic fan installed, which really ventilates the attic constantly and in summer takes out such a huge amount of the heat. It’s really worth getting. They vacuumed my attic and sanitized everything. I’m so pleased with such a great job and wonderful workmen and owner came himself to check. Everything would be done properly. I give them five stars for sure.

★★★★★

I own a construction company and it was the first time i was asked to install spray on insulation by the customer I came across different companies online and gave 5-6 companies a call, not only did Koala insulation gave me the best price but they were at the jobsite the next day! Renzo(owner) and all his crew were very friendly and extremely professional. These guys are the real deal.

Koala Insulation of the Westside did an outstanding job. The price was fair, and communication with Raphael was great. I would highly recommend Koala for any insulation or attic needs. Giovanni and Mike were professional, friendly, and worked hard removing my old insulation, cleaning and disinfecting, and then putting in new insulation. Awesome job done by all.

★★★★★

Highly recommend Koala Westside Insulation! Rafael provided excellent customer service, worked with us over Labor Day weekend, and offered a very fair price. Mikey and Giovanny were outstanding. In 100+ degree heat, they removed our old attic insulation, vacuumed, disinfected, sealed gaps, and installed new insulation with great attention to detail. They were courteous, respectful, and appreciative of the Icee Pops we brought them. When they finished, everything was spotless. You couldn't even tell they had been there. Great pricing, hardworking crews, and exceptional service from start to finish. Would absolutely use them again!

★★★★★

Excellent service and communication by Govanny and his team. Govanny helped my elderly parents deal with an issue and then helped insulate their entire attic. Govanny is a gem! My parents were getting bids for work that was very pricey, I got involved because I know some people try to take advantage of the elderly. Not Govanny and his team. He quoted a fair price, were on time, communicated, and were very respectful of their property and very clean. I highly recommend them. Thank you Govanny, from my parents and I, your'e the best!!!

★★★★★

I reached out to the team at Koala and they got back to immediately to schedule a free estimate. Gio showed up early, was extremely helpful, detailed, and honest. Ultimately, we didn't need work done (thanks to Gio who was honest enough to tell us this!) but we will contact Koala again should our needs ever change.

★★★★★

Amazing service on every level! In just 2 days they eliminated 80 percent of what had previously been VERY loud noise from our upstairs neighbors without having to tear out our ceiling. Renzo, the owner, could not have been more engaging and committed to making sure we had a good experience and results. We highly recommend them!

★★★★★

The Koala team did an awesome job and went beyond what was required. WE used them to remove all insulation, seal opening form rats and put in all new insulation. They did not leave til the job was done right. The price was more then fair. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for similar work

★★★★★

I couldn’t be happier with the work they did! The insulation crew was awesome, fast, professional, and extremely efficient from start to finish. They showed up on time, got the job done quickly, and the quality of their work was excellent. What really impressed me was their pricing and commitment to standing behind their work. It’s hard to find a company that offers great pricing while still taking pride in the quality of what they do. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for insulation work. Great service, great communication, fair pricing, and excellent workmanship. I will definitely use them again for future projects!

★★★★★

I am very pleased with Koala. Renzo is extremely professional and went out of his way to squeeze me in so my family could return to our home after the Eaton fire. He is communicative and provided detailed information on the job, and when the technicians arrived, they were timely , clean, and also explained the process for the job. The job was done very well, and we could immediately feel a difference with the new insulation! Very happy that we found Koala!

I wholeheartedly recommend Koala Westside!

★★★★★

Giovani and David insulated my complicated attic space to the main house and my garage. My attic is complicated due to home additions. They also added solar fans to keep the attics cool. This sucks all the hot air out of my attic. They were very professional and friendly during the entire process. They were knowledgeable, which made this process easy and pleasant. There was a temperature improvement in my house as soon as they completed the job. Alexander was also very professional, knowledgeable and kept me updated of the process and everything that was going on. They definitely went the extra get the job done.
